Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Please be advised Lymphology Australia  has a cancellation and refund policy which applies to all treatments. Please read the following carefully to ensure you understand the policy.

 

Your Safety: You agree to sign a ‘Registration Form’ and give us all relevant health information before or during any treatments.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment so that we have time to offer the vacancy to another client. No shows will be treated as if you took the treatment and you will not be reimbursed. No refund for cancelling within 48 hours of your treatment, instead you will be given the opportunity of a make up treatment.  This can be taken within a 31 day period from the date of your original booking or when a free spot becomes available. A maximum of three cancellation reschedules will be offered after your original booking. After this point you forfeit the opportunity to rebook and your booking will be treated as a no show and will not be reimbursed.
